You are in a hurry. You need to lose weight in 2 weeks. A wedding perhaps is coming, or maybe is a high school reunion approaching. You need to lose weight in 2 weeks, and you are looking for simple tips.
What I am about to share with you, will help you keep the weight off for good. Are simple steps that if you hold them close to your and practice them daily, you can guarantee results that last.
To a kitchen full of healthy food
- Clean your kitchen! Remove all foods containing refined sugars, high fructose syrups, high saturated fats, anything with artificial coloring and foods with preservatives. Ok, so your pantry and fridge will be empty! I know. I have done it myself. (do this in day one, you can use cleaning as your exercise for today!)
- Do not forget, all your sugary drinks. Clean them all out too. Your main source for hydration is going to pure and simple water. Drink lots of it. You can certainly add some lemon or make it an iced tea (with no sugar). Drink water when you fell hungry!
- Remove condiments, and canned food containing excessive amounts of sodium, those should be gone too.
- Go to the grocery store and buy some green leafy vegetables, some lean protein and forget the rest of the isles in the supermarket.
Day 15, you bet you lose weight in 2 weeks if you really got rid of all of the above!
Do you know what my key item to remove will be: bread! Bread makes you feel so bloated. Just take bread out for 3 or 4 days, and you will see the difference.
To a healthy fit life
- Exercise at least 30 minutes every day, at least go for a brisk walk. You can also do some jumping rope, video programs. It does not matter, just make sure you increase your heart rate and if possible do it with intensity, to the point of sweating.
- If you work in place where you can take the stairs, take the stairs and do that at least 3 times a day starting day 1. Same if you live in two or more story building. You do not need an expensive stepper! Do it several times a day, you will see how you can lose weight in 2 weeks!
New habits
- Replace donuts, with boiled eggs in the morning
- Replace nachos and cheese puffs with rice cakes and some peanuts in the afternoon
- Replace sodas with water through the day
- Replace bread with gluten free bread if you chose to still have some bread
Just with removing the bread alone, that will do wonders for your waistline! Please, you have to give this a try!
