This is a diet created by a doctor call Dr. Moreno.

And the first thing I want to say, this is not a 17 day program where you will end your program after 17 days.

17 Day Diet Reviews Overview:

The program consists of 4 Phases consisting of 17 days each of one. During each phase you will be changing the way you eat, meaning will be adjusting the carbohydrates, the protein, the fruits, though each period.

With the main goal of not letting you body adjust to your changes, is like having your body always guessing what are you going to be doing next.

The “magic” 17 comes from studies showing that after 21 days the body is already making a “habit” of whatever is you are doing. So, Dr. Moreno changes the formula just before the body creates the habit.

And the 17 day diet program also includes walking for 17 minutes everyday. Something that anybody can do. You can do it at lunch time!

What to expect while in the 17 day diet program?

  • One of the funniest part, well, I thought it was funny, is that you will be preparing and eating a “magic” cookie everyday. This is a home made recipe and what it gives you is a jump start to your day and to your metabolism. I do that by using a protein shake as soon as I wake up.
  • You will be required to eliminate all processed foods from your kitchen. Great idea!
  • No starchy foods and no fruits after 2:00 pm.
  • You will be introduced to Greek yogurt.

Most of the reviews I found are coming from Amazon, as they sell the book over there. In total this book has around 450 customer reviews. The majority, just shy of 300 are 5 stars rated reviews. Though you do have your 1 start rated reviews around 25 of them.

In ending, the 17 day diet reviews are there, the program has been working for a while. Is this for you? I believe if you apply the time and effort any program will work. Though, not all programs are created equal and not all programs are for everybody. I am not sure about eliminating fruits, starchy food? No problem.
